Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our books and customer service, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any books that have been fulfilled by our printing company and distributor.

Once your book has been ordered, it is sent to our printing company and distributor for production and fulfillment. Because each book is printed on a print-by-order basis, we are unable to cancel or refund any orders that have already been sent to our printing company and distributor.

We strongly encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting your order to ensure that the correct book title, author, and format have been selected. If you receive a book that is damaged, defective, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that we are not responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses, incorrect book titles, and incorrect book formats.
